Selection Process
The selection process will consist of at least 3 stages. First you will need to complete our online application form and if you get through our initial screening we will contact you before the end of November 2008 to invite you to take part in a series of online tests and face to face interviews. The final round of interviews will be with our Senior Management and Executive team. Further information will be communicated to you as you progress through our selection process.
The deadline for UK Apprenticeship application forms is 14 November 2008.
A successful apprentice will demonstrate the following:
- Proven numerical ability
- A keen interest and understanding of financial markets
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Entrepreneurialism and resilience
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle conflicting tasks
- Willingness to go the extra mile and achieve the best results
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong team player
